Return & Refund Policy
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
All in-store returns/exchanges in accordance with this policy require a government-issued ID and an original receipt to receive cash/check refund. Returns without an original receipt also always require a government-issued ID.
Within 60 days of original purchase:
Propr gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 60 days of original purchase:
Propr will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
Price Adjustment
Propr gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Return or exchange an item by mail
Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
- The item number of the merchandise, if available.
Return or exchange from outside the contiguous United States
Send your item to the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:
- Three business days via UPS: add $7.00
- Next business day via FedEx: add $15.00
For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. FedEx orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. FedEx orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping address options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
